Cottonwood Villa provides assisted living services for a great life. We are located in Ainsworth – a thriving, rural community in north central Nebraska. Cottonwood Villa, a bustling community within a friendly town, offers a full range of health services and social activities all year round.

As a licensed assisted living community, our mission is to provide excellent service and personal attention to each individual. Our circle of care includes service to those who are with us for a short stay of recuperation and to those who are residents in our community. Our trained, licensed and caring staff is a collaborative team which strives to ensure that each client of Cottonwood Villa maintains optimal independence through personalized assistance and care, enveloped within an assurance of comfort, dignity and security.
Our Facilities
Our community offers 29 apartments with various floor plans, a beautifully decorated great room, dining room, spa, beauty shop, patio and activities areas — all with the ambiance of homelike atmosphere.

June is Elder Abuse Awareness Month 💟
A big thank you to Bright Horizons for inviting us and Sandhills Care Center to play bingo this afternoon and providing drinks, snacks and prizes❤️ most importantly informing us about Elder Abuse and recognizing it and the different forms it can come in. Yesterday afternoon we got to have two very talented woman play the piano for us; Elaine and Marilyn ❤️
The dedication and hard work of planning they did was admirable. We saw them get together for a couple of weeks, practicing, writing and working together to figure out what they wanted to play❤️
